We welcome our new bassist, MJ Star (pictured far left, wearing sunglasses). He's certainly no stranger to the local rock scene. The band proudly announces: "We're delighted to have gained such a lovable, talented, and experienced member."
The instrumentalist, who lives in the band's home region boasts nearly 30 years of stage and studio experience. This includes album productions, session and live engagements in both the international and domestic music scene. MJ Star will soon celebrate his live baptism of fire with Sergeant Steel. To celebrate the 10th anniversary of our milestone album "Riders Of The Worm" here's for you a very special version of the opening track and fan favorite "Happy Time". The song was newly recorded live in the studio: All together in one room, no overdubs, no tricks.
It is with a heavy heart that we announce the departure of our long-time bassist Ronny Roxx. The separation is by friendly agreement for personal reasons.
Ronny has been a highly valued member and our calm anchor since joining in 2010. We will sorely miss his monumental presence and incredible bass sound at our upcoming live performances.
Thank you so much for the time we spent together and all the best, dear Ronny! You will always be a part of SERGEANT STEEL!
P.S.: Forget everything you think you know about an uncompromising electric bass setup. Anyone who can make it through more than five Sergeant Steel songs with Ronny's finger-shattering string action is one of the toughest guys.

We're ending the year with rehearsals and recording sessions for the upcoming studio album. The first single releases are planned for 2025. We'll keep you updated!
